Lanzeld Publishing designs and creates museum merchandise. These are art-based products for sale in museum shops and on their websites. Museums such as the Van Gogh Museum, the Rijksmuseum, and the Louvre are clients. Lanzfeld is an international company present in 30 countries.
With its own graphic design studio, a printing and finishing department, and a production department, more than half of its products are manufactured in-house in Nootdorp. Inside Sales Account Manager, part-time or full-time
Role Description
We are seeking a part-time or full-time Inside Sales Account Manager for an on-site role in Nootdorp, The Netherlands. The Inside Sales Account Manager will handle customer accounts, foster and maintain relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with the design team to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
- Passionate about helping clients and creative in selling new products
- Fluent in English; Dutch, German, French, or Spanish is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and customer satisfaction skills
- Customer service-oriented, with a focus on long-term client retention
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Proficient in relevant software and CRM systems (knowledge of EXACT software is a plus)
- Previous experience in a sales role within the design or manufacturing industry is advantageous
