Lanzfeld Editions has been the preferred supplier of a range of museum shop items for both the permanent collection and the exhibitions in the Prado for over 10 years. A strict protocol is used when it comes to color testing, sampling, quality inspection and delivery dates. Famous Chinese artist Cai Guo Qiang (1957) was the \u201cArtist in Residence\u201d in the Prado in 2017, immediately after which his exhibition opened. This meant very tight deadlines along with strict color checks. Lanzfeld is well accustomed to the critical eye of living artists who also want to approve the merchandise personally.
