What will be the delivery time of my custom products?
The average delivery time is stated in the specs page of each product. This delivery time is the time needed for production and shipping, counting from the date of the clients' design approval.

How do I supply artwork?
If you like to have custom made merchandise, please contact us to discuss the possibilities with our sales manager. After that, we need text and images for the products. We prefer images of at least 300dpi to get a good quality. You can upload your images by using WeTransfer: https://lanzfeld.wetransfer.com/
I like to purchase wholesale products for our museum store, where can I find it?
We offer a wide range of wholesale products at our webshop; here you will find over 1200 museum store products available from stock: http://www.museum-webshop.com/
What about the copyright of my artwork?
You will still own the copyright if it's yours. Lanzfeld will not develop any other products with your artwork. Before making any custom products, it is the responsability of the client to arrange all the rights of the artwork.
- Approval, Samples & Colour Management
How do I approve the artwork?
Before production, we will send you detailed images of the design for your approval. For large projects, we can arrange product samples with your design for approval.
How do you make sure the colours are correct?
If colour management is an issue, we need matchprints from you in order to manage the printing colours during production. We also need the original files without colour correction in high resolution and preferably in CMYK.
